Now, tracking your expenses and receipts is made easy with Expensa. Free and ad-free, a simple mobile app allows you to record your expense and attach receipt to it. It helps you to keep track of your all personal expenses. If you are tired of managing your expenses in excel sheet or notebook, and looking for very simple app to keep track of all your expenses along with receipts - this is right app for you.

By using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. Expensa may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions on the Website for at least 15 days.

Expensa are informal records, and not legally binding contracts of some kind. We offer the Expensa service "as-is" without a warranty. Since, this app is still in progress, some features may not work exactly as planned. We may stop offering or restrict certain services or features at any time. Thank you for your patience, we'll always do our best to support you.

1. Terms

By accessing our app, Expensa, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Expensa. The materials contained in Expensa are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  1. Permission is granted to download and use Expensa app only if you agree to these Terms of Service and to the processing of your information as described in our Privacy policy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing in Expensa could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Expensa does not warrant that any of the materials on Expensa are accurate, complete or current. Expensa may make changes to the materials contained in Expensa at any time without notice. However Expensa does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Expensa has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Expensa of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Expensa may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions on the Website for at least 15 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Hyderabad and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
