Touch Scanner Terms of Service

Free and ad-free, Touch Scanner is a simple mobile app that lets you scan your documents with impeccable quality, keep them at your finger tips, and share them as PDF with your friends and family.

By using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. Touch Scanner may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions for at least 15 days.

Touch Scanner is offered "as-is" without a warranty. Since this app is still in progress, some features may not work exactly as planned. We may stop offering or restrict certain services or features at any time. Thank you for your patience — we'll always do our best to support you.

1. Terms

By accessing our app, Touch Scanner, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Touch Scanner. The materials contained in Touch Scanner are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to download and use the Touch Scanner app only if you agree to these Terms of Service and to the processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not use Touch Scanner if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, if we previously banned your account for violation of these terms, or if you are under the age of 13. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Touch Scanner;
    3. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    4. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Touch Scanner at any time.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials within Touch Scanner are provided on an 'as is' basis. Touch Scanner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Touch Scanner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Touch Scanner, even if Touch Scanner or a Touch Scanner authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing in Touch Scanner could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Touch Scanner does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete or current. Touch Scanner may make changes to the materials contained in the app at any time without notice. However Touch Scanner does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Touch Scanner has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Touch Scanner of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Touch Scanner may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If we do this, we will post a notice that we have made changes to these Terms and Conditions for at least 15 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Hyderabad and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
